Access
- Every sign-in sends a code to your phone by SMS; if the SMS doesn't arrive, the code comes to your email.
- You give your staff roles and choose separately who can do which task.
- Your accountant cannot change transactions or stock.
Identity data
Turkish ID numbers (TC) appear masked in lists (100******46). Only the people you authorise can reveal the full number.
Sessions
You see which devices your account is signed in on and close any session you like.

Backup
All your documents download to your computer as a single package, organised in branch, year and month folders — password-protected if you wish. You can open and browse the package in your browser.

Where the data is
The application and documents are on Amazon Web Services (USA, Ohio), the database on MongoDB Atlas (Germany, Frankfurt). Transfers abroad are explained in the Privacy Notice.
Data protection (KVKK)
The Privacy Notice, the Cookie Notice and the User Agreement are publicly available. To exercise your rights, use the Data Protection Request (KVKK) page.
For your own customers there is a ready-made privacy notice template and notification by SMS.
