A purchase, start to finish
Six steps at the counter. All from the same screen.
The customer registers themselves
They scan the QR code at the counter and photograph their ID with their phone.
The ID is read
Name and ID number are compared with the transaction.
Required documents appear on their own
Once the amount is entered, the mandatory documents are listed.
The bank receipt is checked
Amount, IBAN and date are compared with the transaction.
The voucher is printed
The expense voucher comes out of the LX-350 onto the pre-printed form; a purchase from an individual does not enter stock until the voucher is printed.
The accountant reviews
At month end they mark the documents as "checked".
Stock, just like on the scale: gram by gram, karat by karat.
Jewelry and scrap from 8 to 24 karat, fine gold, gram gold and Cumhuriyet, Ata and Reşat coins are each tracked separately. Average cost is recalculated with every purchase; on count day, the stock in the system sits right next to the grams on the scale.

Missing documents
Which document is missing for which transaction shows up in the report, with a percentage.
Conditional acceptance
A document that fails the check can be accepted conditionally; the report counts it separately.
Document carry-over
The ID from the same customer's earlier transaction is not scanned again.
Your accountant looks at the same screen. They cannot change transactions or stock; they check documents and find the VAT and provisional tax cards ready.

Device Manager is installed on the shop computer: Windows, macOS or Linux. It takes the ID from the scanner and prints the expense voucher, the Individual Identification Form and the delivery receipt from the Epson LX-350 onto the pre-printed form. A job you send from a tablet comes out of that printer too.
